The products offered through this website are handcrafted artisanal items. Because of the nature of handmade production, slight variations in color, texture, finish, detailing, and natural leather characteristics may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Such variations are part of the individuality and authenticity of artisanal craftsmanship.

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Dominus Consulting LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases involving pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect order information.

Once an order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation by email or through the communication method provided at checkout.

Made-to-order and custom items are produced specifically for the customer and may require a longer production timeline than ready-to-ship items.

Once production has begun, made-to-order and custom orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or where otherwise required by applicable law.

All prices displayed on this website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Dominus Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any confirmed order will be honored at the price in effect at the time the order was accepted.

Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable fees may be added at checkout where applicable.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods made available on the website.

Payment information is processed through authorized third-party providers. Dominus Consulting LLC does not directly store full payment card information.
