Francesco Sensini shoes are 100% handmade in Italy, crafted one by one by our artisan team. Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of each pair, production is limited.
If your selected model or size is not immediately available, production and delivery may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

​FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - DUTIES INCLUDED

We proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
All orders are shipped via UPS Express or trusted carriers,

with full tracking provided via email.

Francesco Sensini is based in Florida, where we handle logistics,

customer service, and support for all customers.

Our artisan workshop is located in Southern Italy, near the Amalfi Coast,

where each pair is handcrafted to order by master craftsman Nicola Sensini

and his team, using only the finest materials and traditional techniques.

Once completed  typically within 2 to 3 weeks

 your shoes are shipped fresh from Italy to our Florida office,

and immediately forwarded to you via UPS.

All completely free of charge.

For the rest of the world  including the EU, UK, Australia, Dubai, and beyond  

we use our European fulfillment system, shipping directly from Italy.

We also cover all customs duties and fees in these cases.

In both scenarios, your shoes are 100% made in Italy and delivered with care,

combining Italian craftsmanship with American efficiency.

✔️ For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom,

all duties and import taxes are prepaid (DDP).

You will not be charged anything upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Francesco Sensini shoes are handcrafted to order in Italy.

Each pair is made specifically for you,

based on your selected model, size, and leather.

For this reason, we do not offer standard returns or refunds.

However, in specific cases, we may offer:​

Exchange for a Different Size​ or 💳 Life Time Store Credit.

  • 🇺🇸 USA: We provide a prepaid return label.

  • 🌍 Outside USA: A fixed fee of $60 applies.​

  • If you're unsatisfied, we may issue a store credit (no expiration).

  • Refunds to original payment methods are not available.

  • In some cases, a partial refund may be issued as an exception.

  • Custom orders are only eligible for store credit, not exchanges.​
