If your selected model or size is not immediately available, production and delivery may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - DUTIES INCLUDED
We proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
All orders are shipped via UPS Express or trusted carriers,
with full tracking provided via email.
✔️ For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom,
all duties and import taxes are prepaid (DDP).
You will not be charged anything upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Francesco Sensini shoes are handcrafted to order in Italy.
Each pair is made specifically for you,
based on your selected model, size, and leather.
For this reason, we do not offer standard returns or refunds.
However, in specific cases, we may offer:
Exchange for a Different Size or 💳 Life Time Store Credit.

🌍 Outside USA: A fixed fee of $60 applies.

If you're unsatisfied, we may issue a store credit (no expiration).

Refunds to original payment methods are not available. In some cases, a partial refund may be issued as an exception.
