At Francesco Sensini, every pair of shoes is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. We offer both standard sizes and fully customized options to meet your specific needs. Here’s how the process works once you place your order:

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Whether you’ve chosen a standard size or a fully customized pair, we’ll keep you updated throughout the production process.

Standard Size Models
Most of our models are available in standard sizes. If you select one of these, production will begin immediately, using the finest Italian materials and adhering to our traditional craftsmanship methods.

Custom Orders (Size, Color, Material)
If you require custom sizing or prefer to personalize your shoes with specific colors or materials, our artisans will carefully adjust the design to meet your exact specifications. Custom orders may take additional time due to the bespoke nature of the work.

Cutting and Assembly
For both standard and custom orders, our artisans meticulously cut and assemble the shoes using premium materials selected for their quality and durability.

Stitching and Finishing
The stitching process is carried out by hand, ensuring each pair is both beautiful and durable. After stitching, the shoes go through final shaping, polishing, and finishing to meet our high-quality standards.

Quality Control
Every pair of shoes is inspected thoroughly to ensure that they meet our standards of craftsmanship. Any necessary adjustments are made to guarantee they are perfect before shipping.

Shipping
Once the shoes pass our strict quality control inspection, they are carefully packed and shipped from our workshop in Italy. For customers in the United States, the shoes are first sent to our Florida office, where we handle final logistics and immediate delivery. For customers in other countries, the shoes are shipped directly from Italy to their destination.

Final Delivery to You
We’ll share your personal tracking details, allowing you to follow the journey of your handcrafted shoes—from our artisan workshop in Italy all the way to your doorstep.
