In case the requested models and sizes are not available, the entire process—from creation to delivery—will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Exchange for a Different Size
Example: "I want to return these shoes because I need a different size."
Process: The exchange is FREE.
Shipping: We will provide you with a PREPAID RETURN LABEL.
Refund (Store Credit).
Example: "I want to return these shoes because I don’t like them."
Process: You will receive a STORE CREDIT for the full amount of your purchase.
(Note: Refunds are issued as store credit only.)
Shipping: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Custom-made or Special Edition Products
Note: For these orders, returns are processed exclusively as STORE CREDIT WITH NO EXPIRATION. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
