The Francesco Sensini shoes are 100% handmade in Italy, Therefore production is limited 

In case the models and size 

requested are not available, the process from the creation of the Francesco Sensini shoes to delivery will take 15 working days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS or USPS tracking number.

We use UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping carriers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days. 

You can fill out the return form and we will process your exchange.

Personalized items are delivered within 20 days of order confirmation. Return for customized products and LIMITED EDITION - CUSTOM MADE BASKETBALL SNEAKER is not available.

Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States and Europe may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes that are levied.
When placing an order, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes, and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and not included at the time of checkout prices are displayed in US Dollars, but all orders will be transacted in your currency by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase. excluding any taxes, duties, levies, or tariffs that may be imposed.

At this time, we do not offer free returns on international orders.

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the shipping date.

Any merchandise received outside of the 30-day return window will be returned to the customer. We only accept returns and exchanges from our website. To exchange an item, please contact us at francescosensiniitalia@gmail.com To ensure that your exchange is processed accurately and in a timely manner, your return shipment should be in its original condition, in the original box, and with the completed form enclosed.
