Francesco Sensini is an independent artisanal footwear brand commercially managed by Dominus Consulting LLC.

Francesco Sensini footwear is handcrafted in Italy under the direction of master shoemaker Nicola Sensini.

The website, its commercial operations, customer service, content, presentation, and brand positioning are managed by Dominus Consulting LLC.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;

3. Artisanal Nature of Our Products

Francesco Sensini products are handcrafted using artisanal techniques and carefully selected materials.

Because each item is made individually, slight variations may occur in:

These variations are part of the individuality and authenticity of handmade craftsmanship and are not ordinarily considered defects.

When an accepted order is canceled by us before fulfillment, any applicable amount paid for the canceled item will be returned using the original payment method, unless another resolution is agreed upon with the customer.

6. Ready-to-Ship, Made-to-Order, and Custom Products

Ready-to-Ship Products

Ready-to-ship products are items that are currently available in an identified location or fulfillment facility.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are created after an order is placed, using the model, standard size, leather, color, and options selected by the customer.

Production timelines may be longer than those applicable to ready-to-ship products.

Once materials have been allocated or production has begun, made-to-order purchases may not be canceled or modified, except where otherwise agreed by us or required by applicable law.

Custom or Bespoke Products

Custom or bespoke products include items created according to individual customer specifications, special measurements, personalized details, nonstandard materials, or modifications outside the standard product configuration.

Custom and bespoke orders may be subject to additional conditions communicated to the customer before production begins.

Cancellation, return, exchange, and store-credit eligibility for all product categories are governed by our Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy and by any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

7. Customer Measurements and Size Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide and selecting the requested size carefully.

Size recommendations provided by customer service are based on the information supplied by the customer and are intended as guidance only.

Because fit can vary according to foot shape, personal preference, shoe construction, and the measurements provided, a recommendation cannot guarantee an identical fit for every customer.

Customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team before ordering when assistance with sizing is needed.

8. Pricing

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices displayed on this website are stated in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, an accepted order will be processed at the price displayed and confirmed at the time of purchase, except in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Depending on the product, promotion, delivery destination, and applicable law, prices may be subject to:

12. Shipping Information

Dominus Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays or additional expenses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping or handling charges may apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We remain available to assist customers with carrier inquiries involving delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.

Shipping eligibility, carrier selection, customs treatment, duties, and delivery procedures are governed by our Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy.

13. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

All returns, size exchanges, store credits, damaged-product claims, and related procedures are governed by our separate Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or in our Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
